Arre, that Kerala grace marks system I also missed out on, yaar. They add 3% to language subjects and 2% to Maths and Science if you have state-level sports or arts certificates, I think. My own life? I was district-level kho-kho player but forgot to submit the certificate before SSLC, so got zero grace marks. That cost me a first class.
