Arre, the midpoint theorem says if you join midpoints of a quadrilateral, you get a parallelogram. Honestly, I just memorised that for the test. But yaar, in our salon, the four corners are never equal—one wall is shorter because of Papa’s old cupboard. When I try to find the centre point to hang a mirror, it never works out like the book says. Life isn’t a perfect rectangle.
