Arrey, first week is pure torture – high fever, joint pain like a truck ran over you, and no strength to lift a brick. Then around day 5 or 6, the real danger starts if your platelets drop, that's the critical phase when you need a hospital. But yaar, the obvious answer is to rush to a doctor, right? For us on-site, the critical phase is day 1 itself, because if I report fever, the contractor tells me not to come tomorrow and my pay stops. So I just have a lot of lime water and papaya leaves and pray to God!
