Arrey, focus on where the electrons are actually moving, from the pi bond to the electrophile and then to the carbocation—that’s your curly arrow story. Marks come from clarity and correctly showing the formation of that intermediate. Back in our hydroponic unit, I mark the nutrient flow with arrows on whiteboards for the staff; if the diagram isn’t crystal clear, the whole batch gets spoiled, yaar.
