Scratches it right off, then God knows what ends up in the paratha. I've thrown out my 'fancy' tawa and gone back to my mother's old, heavy iron one, yaar. After a long day with the kids at school, the last thing I want is to worry about invisible things in the air while I'm just trying to make them some aloo sabzi.
