Arrey, yaar, the laws are very strict on paper! Big raids, big fines, even jail for selling fake mobile covers or chargers. But here in Chandni Chowk? The *thana* wallah takes his monthly "chai-paani" and looks the other way unless some big company complains. My own neighbour sells "Sumsang" chargers right under the police post's nose! For us small guys, the real risk isn't the law, it's getting a bad batch that blows up in someone's phone and ruins your shop's name forever.
