Ayyo, those terms sound like something from my sons' textbooks! As I understand it from the doctor, biofilms are like a sticky *mohalla* these bacteria build on my catheter, and quorum sensing is their gossip, telling each other to build stronger walls. That's why the antibiotics can't penetrate. All this theory, but my life says something else: the real survival is because this tube is a *sadak* straight into my bladder, always bringing in new "residents" no matter how much medicine we use. The dose might be huge, but the road is always open.
