Beta, those numbers are for big doctors in cities with many patients. For us, a "40% risk increase" means if ten villagers had a trouble before, now fourteen might, but in a thousand? It feels like counting grains of sand in a storm. And "number needed to treat of 104" – they must give medicine to 104 people just to help one? Here, we cannot get medicine for even one properly. My own life says this: when my grandson had fever, the real risk was how far the clinic was, not percentages. We count the buses needed to reach treatment, not the people needed to treat.
