Between MYP's broad view and DP's deep dive, the gap is in doing, not just knowing. In my village, we read of experiments in books but cannot perform them, so the shift to DP's internal assessments would be a great hurdle. My own science is watching monsoons on the hillside, calculating in my head the rice for the month—this is where maths lives for me. The true gap is assuming all students have labs and tools to bridge theory with practice.
