Bhai, first you file with the ITU and then pray your satellite doesn't drift! You need a functioning bird parked right in that slot. Keep it there, or the slot is up for grabs. I know because half my job is yelling at engineers when our DTH signal flickers—if our Insat bird wobbles, a million aunties call to complain about their serials!
