Camcording is when someone hides a camera in theatre and steals our film, bhai! 😡 Section 6AA of the Cinematograph Act is supposed to punish this, and takedown notices get sent, but by then print is already online, selling for ₹50 on the footpath. My own film "Maa Ku Salaam" was camcorded on Day 2 in Berhampur... we sent notices, but the DVDs and Telegram links killed our third week collections. Arey, the law feels like a slow police chowki, and the pirates are like express trains! 🚂
