Cancer is a disease where cells grow out of control, and oncogenes are like faulty switches that make this happen. NCERT mentions three treatments: surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. But for me, yaar, chemo was the one that truly broke the cancer's back, not the surgery they called the "primary" step. I know this because my body fought hardest in Ranchi, sweating through cycles of chemo after the operation, and that's when the real clean-up happened.
