Course 1 at MIT for us is Civil and Environmental Engineering, ji, and I chose the environmental track, now working on sustainable materials. The obvious answer is to pick structures for big projects back home, but my life with our chikoo tree showed me water and air are the real foundations. So, I pour my chai-time into climate tech, trying to mend what big flyovers might divide.
