Doctor told me it's like comparing a rogue motor (small cell) to a stubborn stain (non-small cell) on a shirt. One spreads fast like wildfire, the other sits and grows slowly in one place. Why? Only God knows the full reason, they said.
But here, in our district hospital, the difference is just paper. Treatment? Same old medicines if they arrive, same long wait. My own uncle had the "slow" one, but without money for city scans, it behaved like the fast kind.
