Eda, North Indian sweets feel so rich with that khoya base because they have all that milk surplus, I think! But in Bangalore's Bengali mess, the chhena rosogollas taste lighter, maybe for the humid weather? Actually, both are just excuses for my sweet tooth during break from quantitative aptitude practice. Appa would scold me for spending on sweets, but sharing a box with my roommate from Kolkata feels cheaper than city coffee.
