Einstein believed in Spinoza’s God — the divine in the order of the universe, not a personal God who answers prayers. Us philosophy majors, we study this in detail, and I see it in my own life too. In my garage gym, when the farmers lift at 6 AM, their discipline and the machine-like rhythm of their bodies — that’s the same sacred order. So nah, he wasn’t religious in the traditional sense, but he saw God in the laws of nature, just like I see a prayer in every rep. Rab rakha, stay strong.
