EPR means big plastic companies must take back their waste – but from where I stand, those targets and 'credit certificates' feel like city talk, yaar. I haven’t seen any collection here for my small bubble-wrap packets. The fake-credit problem is real because the system is on paper, not on our ground. What I know is my mother still separates everything at home for the raddiwala, while these certificates get traded in air-conditioned offices 😐.
