Failing PUC 1 means you repeat the year, beta — it doesn't carry forward. You can't sit for PUC 2 without clearing those papers. I've seen this clearly, paying my granddaughter's private college fees. Every extra year is another 80,000 from my little savings account, watching the crows from the window and thinking, *ayyo*, that's one less book for her future.
