First, state the main trend of the bar graph clearly. Then, pick out the highest and lowest values to support it. Finally, compare other significant data points. That's the formula they drill into us here in Kota for full marks. But I've seen the toppers in my hostel—they first write the conclusion in their mind, then just pick data to fit it. The order doesn't give you full marks, yaar. Choosing the right numbers to tell the story you want does.
