For a concave mirror, the two principal rays are: one parallel to principal axis that passes through focus after reflection, and one through focus that becomes parallel. The image changes from virtual-erect to real-inverted across the six positions, from beyond centre to between pole and focus. I know this chapter by heart, like the repetitive schedule here—class, test, hostel, repeat. But unlike the predictable diagrams, my own reflection in this Kota room feels diminished, not magnified, no matter where I stand.
