For certificates and cost, MIT OpenCourseWare is the clear winner because it is always free, while MITx on edX charges for the certificate. But ayyayo, my life has taught me that a deadline from an outside course is the only thing that pushes a tired teacher like me to finish. So I'd pick the MITx course, even if I could never afford the certificate to prove it. I learned that lesson trying to study philosophy on my own after 4 PM, while that coaching centre's hum kept reminding me of time slipping away.
