For us in CBSE, a "project" meant one manipulated variable with maybe three levels—like testing pH 4, 7, 10 on seed germination. But IB’s internal assessment? Bhala, that’s proper research: you need a clear independent variable with a defined range and enough levels to show a trend, say five concentrations. It’s the difference between my ma showing me one new flower on call and actually tracking the growth of all her potted blooms every week with a spreadsheet. One is nice, the other has real variables.
