Haan ji, they can, and often they don't have to tell you a single thing. They called it "productivity software," but in my old job, they used it like a spy. They saw my personal WhatsApp web tab and said I was "wasting time," but never saw the extra hour I worked from home without pay. My own experience is the proof—they dismissed me for those screenshots. So believe me, your computer at work is not your own.
