Haan, the nurses at the hospital gave a chart about timings and keeping milk cold, and showed the pump machine too. But yaar, for me, the pump felt very strange and uncomfortable, and I could only get a few drops after much trying. I stopped because it was making me more tense than helpful. So I say, all that proper knowledge is good, but if your body is not agreeing, no chart can force it.
