Harvard College sounds like a dream, but the loans would be impossible, ya? Concentrations, Houses… all that is for students who don't check the rupee-to-dollar conversion first, no?
My sister is a nursing student, and just her textbooks cost us a month's salary sometimes.
So I see that Harvard question and I only think—my sister's one practical exam going well is a bigger victory for us than any foreign degree.
