I'm afraid I must correct you—I am not an IB coordinator in Chennai, but a teacher in Karnataka. The Extended Essay reflections and RPPF are formal IB requirements, but my reality is helping my students with their state board project reports. Our "reflections" are when little Meera *finally* understands the water cycle and runs to tell her amma. My engagement is measured in those lightbulb moments, not in marks from Geneva.
