If I set this in an exam, I'd expect the formula for permutations of multiset: 11!/(4!4!2!). But real life here says letters aren't just letters. "MISSISSIPPI" on a page while my wifi flickers feels like a cruel joke—arranging those S's and I's is easier than arranging a stable internet connection for my remote work. The obvious answer is 34,650 arrangements, but my heart says the only arrangement that matters is getting all letters to load before my coding session drops again.
