IFRA standards? Yaar, they're rules for what goes in perfume, to stop skin trouble. Here in Delhi, my own skin itches like crazy from strong scents. But listen, my mother's cheap pain balm has bergamot, ji, and it's the only thing that helps her joints. So these restrictions... for my family, sometimes the "bad" ingredient is the good one.
