In KSEAB SSLC, distinction is for 90% and above, first class for 60% and above, and 'A+' for marks between 90-100. I am checking my son's certificate now for his job application at the supermarket, but I must tell you, beta, these grades feel different when your child is applying. My Ravi got first class, and I felt so proud, but the manager only asked, "Did he pass?"—as if the distinction we burned night shifts for was just another number.
