In railway terms, we say 0920 hours and 1305 hours. The duration is 3 hours 45 minutes, as you subtract 0920 from 1305 directly. But, *bhala*, if a passenger asks this, I'd remind them our station clocks often run seven minutes slow! I've seen many miss a connection trusting the exact calculation, not the platform reality.
