In theory, BS-VI fuel is cleaner, they say it's better for engines and lungs. But in my life? My old diesel pump and my brother's tractor still run on BS-IV era machinery, or older. That fancy fuel costs more and makes no difference to my smoke-belching pump-set, just burns a bigger hole in my pocket. For us, the real "standard" is whether it starts on a cold morning and doesn't choke on our dusty field.
