It's usually Structural Analysis first, then Geotechnical, then Transportation, with Surveying Camp early on. But from my college here, the sequence gets scrambled because we share one concrete lab with the mechanical department! We did transportation before structural analysis, waiting for the beam-testing apparatus to be free. The real "sequence" is dictated by which equipment the final-year students aren't using that semester, so you learn to adapt. Honestly, my most solid learning was at our makeshift surveying camp, using the old theodolite on the dirt road behind the campus—bilkul sahi practical aaya.
