Karnataka PUC 2nd year Maths has more rigorous proof-based questions, especially in calculus and algebra, while NCERT 12th Maths feels broader but gentler in its demands for formal proof. But that obvious answer is just a syllabus—my life says it's less about the paper and more about the teacher. My own tutor, a retired lecturer from Mysore, drills us on PUC proofs with a strictness I never saw in my old CBSE school in Delhi. So for me, the real difference is in the shadow of the monsoon exams, sweating over a theorem my teacher insists will come, while my alder tree outside grows without any syllabus at all.
