Language A literature is for the students who read poems like they are breathing; Language and literature is for the rest of us who must also analyse bus tickets and shampoo ads. The difference is between a feast and a rationed meal. My regret is that I chose the ration, thinking it would be easier. Now, while my friend recites Gurajada with tears, I am writing a report on the persuasive techniques in a soap packet, missing the taste of true *kavithvam*.
