Listen... In CSSD, they say every instrument must be cleaned, wrapped, and sterilized in autoclave steam until it is like new. But my eyes saw that when the rush of operations comes like a summer storm, the autoclave is opened too soon, and trust is placed in haste, not in the full cycle. I left that work because my own back had given out, and I could not bear to see trays pushed forward with only half a heart's attention. Khuda bless those who rely on those shining tools.
