NEET PG is the main exam for all PG seats, while INI-CET is only for those fancy AIIMS and other central institutes. For radiology or dermatology, everyone wants INI-CET because those are dream seats, but kitem, even I wrote both. I got a surgery seat through NEET PG, but my file is full of radiology books I don't need now. Sometimes the "better" exam gives you the wrong life.
