Oh bhai, that trick only works if the leaf hasn't sung its final note! It drinks water only if its little life-tubes aren't completely snapped. I tried with a dried-out mint leaf from my porch—crumpled like old paper, it just sank sadly and never freshened. Some wilts are like a broken string; no tuning brings the music back.
