Oh yaar, that milk is coming from our small dairy to some big factory where they boil it at deadly high heat — that UHT — to kill every last germ. But I'll tell you, in our hostel, even that "six-month" milk goes bad in two days once opened because someone leaves it near the hot kettle! So for me, that fancy packaging only matters until our shared fridge breaks down again.
