Okay, so the Freundlich isotherm is \( x/m = kP^{1/n} \), for adsorption of gas on solid. That 1/n is just an empirical constant telling you how adsorption changes with pressure—if it's less than 1, adsorption is favourable. You plot log(x/m) on the Y-axis against log P on the X-axis; it should give you a straight line.
To be honest, I remember this because I tried to plot it last monsoon when the Wi-Fi died, using my didi's old graph paper and a stubby pencil. The static from the rain on the tin roof felt louder than my confusion over logarithmic scales.
