OMR is all IT crowd and fancy malls, so rates sky-high—Porur is a bit calmer but good connectivity, and Avadi feels like my own hometown, more army areas and space, yaar. CMDA approval is costlier because it means better planning, proper sewage lines… not like our panchayat back home where a uncleji's signature is enough! I've seen in my village, that 'cheap' approval just means more headache during monsoon, no?
