Peptide bond is the link between amino acids, ଏବଂ primary structure is just the sequence, like beads on a string. Then it folds into helices and sheets for secondary, gets a 3D shape in tertiary, and many chains come together in quaternary. Denaturation is when that shape unravels from heat or acid, ଜଣ୍ଡା ରୋଗୀ ପରି, it can't do its work anymore.
I know this because I read my NCERT in the van between rides, under the streetlight, till the words blur. But what I truly understand is structure—how my Omni's engine parts must fold and fit just right to run, and how one broken belt can unravel the whole journey. ଆଉ
