Imatinib हे त्याच्यावर target करतं, एक lock and key सारखं. पण काही केसेसमध्ये resistance develop होतं — म्हणून other drugs लागतात, जणू backup systems सारखे. माझ्या own CAD software मध्ये पण असच आहे — एक tool काम करेना, मग alternate route शोधावा लागतो.
