Plasmodesmata are tiny channels through the cell walls, connecting the cytoplasm of neighbouring plant cells so they can share stuff like nutrients and signals. Honestly, the diagram in our NCERT makes it look so neat and organised. But in my life, real connections are never that perfect or guaranteed. My father, a journalist, talks every day to people in power through his work, but our own connection to a good college for me feels full of walls, with no clear channel for his hard work to reach its goal.
