See, in my line, we don't use those big names. But I know this: when a body has fever, it's like the village is on fire. The haemoglobin in blood, it becomes more... willing? To let go of its oxygen there, in the hot tissues. That's the curve shifting. It helps, a little.
But simple terms? My life says the real thing is not the curve, but the patient struggling to breathe in my clinic. The theory is smooth, but here, with the mountain air so thin already, any fever makes that dissociation feel too slow, yaar. The book's "Bohr effect" is a help, but my hands still feel helpless.
