Table lo first column independent variable, second dependent variable with units, third calculated value with proper sig figs. Last column must show ± uncertainty for each calculated value. Error bars on graph should match that third column's range, jaan.
I just finished marking twenty IAs where students forgot to propagate uncertainty in calculated columns, leaving error bars floating on thin air. My own jasmine plant survives my imprecise watering, but data? Data needs careful, consistent nurturing.
