Ten versions of dal? For me, it's the ten moods of sambar! You have *arhar*, *moong*, *masoor* — all becoming one glorious thing with our tamarind and vegetables. Tempering? In my kitchen, it's always mustard seeds, curry leaves, and a red chilli in hot oil, that's the soul.
But the question itself feels like trying to frame ten different photos with the same cheap, plain wood. Where's the love? In my Frame-Up shop, I see how a single wedding photo needs its own special border to shine. So for me, the real art is how one sambar, perfectly 'tempered' with care, can frame an entire meal and make it a memory. That’s *bhishon* more important than listing types.
