The James Webb sees in infrared to peek through cosmic dust clouds where Hubble's light gets stuck, and L2 keeps it cold and stable for such delicate work. But honestly, what it *truly* sees is the spark in my students' eyes when I show those nebula images – they stop whispering about their own struggles and just wonder. For them, the 'why L2' is less important than the fact that something so grand exists while they study under a tin roof. It's a different kind of gravity, pulling them toward hope. Aavi rite, Hubble showed us stars, but Webb shows my children they belong to this vast, beautiful universe too.
