The main signs are tremor, stiffness and slowness that creep in like a slow tide. Stages are just a rough map, but the real terrain is these on-off periods where your medicine works or just...stops. They tell you 'off' is when symptoms return, but for me, 'off' is when I'm staring at my plate, *kaido* full of my mother's curry, and my hand *kitem* won't lift the spoon to taste it. That's the sign no textbook lists.
