The nephron’s structure starts with the Bowman's capsule surrounding the glomerulus, then the proximal convoluted tubule, loop of Henle, distal convoluted tubule, and collecting duct. Each part filters blood, reabsorbs useful stuff, and sends waste out as urine. I’d draw you a neat diagram, but my notebook is full of margin doodles of my next lamp design. Honestly, memorising this feels less real than seeing how an old boat’s wood grain carries the memory of water—both are filtering systems, in their own way.
