The trick is to organise like a labelled diagram. First sentence is the definition, bold and clear. Then each mark gets its own short line, like a list, with keywords underlined. Examiner's tired eyes will bless you.

The obvious answer says ‘write paragraphs’, but in a sea of papers, lists win.
